José Manuel Pérez Huertas, CEO

​

José Manuel holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (1979). He began his professional career at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell (currently KPMG) and continued at Citi, Principal Financial Group, Caja Madrid/Bankia and Beka Finance, among others, where he has held different management positions.

He has more than 40 years of experience in different areas of the financial sector such as; operations and processes, financial management, asset management, treasury, capital markets, private equity, audit and internal control. He has also collaborated as a consultant and external advisor for entities in Andorra and Luxembourg, asset management companies and entities in the crypto-asset world, as well as being a member of various boards of directors of financial and service entities.

Javier Pérez-Santalla, Director

Javier began his career in the foreign exchange market with Exco/Noonan Astley Pearce in 1982. Shortly thereafter, he joined the Nippon Bank of Credit and rose through the ranks to become its chief foreign exchange trader. Glenn and Javier first met at Cantor Fitzgerald in 1992, where Javier was Managing Director in charge of the entire foreign exchange market. Glenn and Javier worked closely together during those years and helped grow Cantor to become a global powerhouse in the foreign exchange market. Prior to joining Dinosaur, Javier worked as a Managing Director at Refco, where he was also involved in the foreign exchange market, specialising in the Latin American markets. Javier has been with Dinosaur since 2003 and has been instrumental in growing our institutional trading capabilities. Javier and his family are very involved in their community and church activities.

Rocío Pineda, Director

​

Rocío has a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, as well as specialised training in Financial Law, Corporate Law and Compliance. She has more than 15 years of professional experience, having worked in the legal and compliance areas of international financial institutions such as BNP Paribas and Citigroup. Prior to joining Dinosaur she worked for 6 years as Legal Director for BNP Paribas IP Mexico and Compliance Officer for Latin America.
